Wishing you a fabulous 2020 from Rainbow Jane
This afternoon is the final Rainbow Jane Session of the Year... all welcome from 3.30pm for mulled wine, mince pies and some last minute festive makes!
Looking back on 2019, it's been a bit of a roller coaster, and I'd like to thank all my friends and family for all their support and friendship over the year. I had just the most magical start to the year, with the birth of Patrick Timothy on New Years day. He has kept me smiling all year long!
I'm truly blessed with a wonderful family, and have had some great times away this year with them - with Cousin Joff and Liz, a wonderful cruise, and trips to the Lake District and Whitby. A very special week in Spain with David, Katherine, Paddy, Alison and Alex. It was a joy also to be at the fabulous wedding of my nephew Andrew, and Amy, and to spend time with Jack, Caitlin and Jayne.
Thank you all. xxx
But sunshine alone doesn't create a rainbow, and there have been some tough and tragic times too. Thank you all for giving me strength at these times and being by my side. This festive season, I think about those angels, taken too soon and continue to send them my heart felt love, always.
Despite having to postpone Rainbow Jane for a couple of months, we have continued to fundraise together, this year also raising funds for Candle Lighters and for Rayhan and continuing to support the Alzheimer's Society, with a total now of £4345 in the Rainbow Jane Just Giving account.
Thank you to everyone who has come along to Rainbow Jane. We've had some great sessions - this year, I learned to crochet and together we enjoyed the new Rainbow Jane threads sessions, with loom knitting, crochet, tapestry, embroidery and collage. We've made some fabulous things together, I think my favourite are the bird boxes... and there will be more of these to come in 2020! Please do spread the news about Rainbow Jane to your friends and family....
Wishing you a merry Christmas and a wonderful 2020.
Love and thanks, Jane xxx
