Rainbow Threads for Candlelighters - Fighting Children's Cancer - May 11th
Rainbow Threads is the new monthly Saturday session with Rainbow Jane. While the Sunday sessions will always be in aid of Alzheimer's Society, these new sessions will raise money for other charities too.
Many of you will know my friend Gemma and her wonderful little boy, Thomas, aged 5, who was diagnosed with T Cell Leukaemia, on Feb 12th. Gemma is the most amazing mum, and her strength, caring and devotion to Thomas is inspirational.
Candlelighters is the charity which she says has been there for her and Thomas, on their journey so far and will be there to continue supporting them, so this session's donations will all go to Candlelighters.
Please do come along! With supplies of wool, tapestry and embroidery threads, looms, hooks and needles.
A host of new skills to learn, or just enjoy getting creative.
All welcome from 1-3pm, adults session from 3-5pm.
