Missing you at Christmas x

It doesn't feel quite right this Christmas, without you. I find myself thinking of gifts to buy you and wanting to stock up with goodies for you. You so loved Christmas. I've put up our tree and added your little one here too.

The circle of life moves on though, and all I want for Christmas this year, is the safe arrival of baby Paddy. How I wish you were here to cuddle him, but the sad thing is that I also know that you would have asked me, each time you saw him, who the baby was. But each time you would have beamed with joy at the discovery that he was your great grandson and called after your dearest 'Paddy.'
