A song for Alzheimer's Research UK

Watch this video to find out about how Harry Gardner wrote a song when he first discovered that his Nana had Alzheimer's. The song is beautiful and very moving. It made me cry... but then Alzheimer's and Dementia is sad, and that's why it's so important that we work together to fund-raise and raise awareness.
